Terms of Service

Summary. TicketScout is a price comparison service, not a ticket seller. We show prices and send you to the seller to buy. Your purchase is between you and that seller, under their terms.

1. Acceptance of terms

By using ticketscoutapp.com ("TicketScout," "we," "us"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

2. The service

TicketScout aggregates publicly available event and pricing information and presents it alongside estimated marketplace fees, so you can compare the all-in cost across sources. We are not a ticket marketplace, box office, or reseller, and we do not hold inventory or sell tickets.

3. Purchases

Links to view or buy tickets take you to a third-party marketplace. Payment, delivery, refunds, entry, and disputes are between you and that marketplace, under its terms. TicketScout is not a party to the transaction and never handles your payment information.

4. Pricing and seating information

  • Event listings come from connected sources, currently Ticketmaster. Availability and prices can change after the page loads.
  • Section-level prices are estimates derived from each event's published price range. Fee estimates reflect typical published fee patterns, not a marketplace's calculation for your order.
  • Prices for marketplaces we haven't connected yet are illustrative, labeled "Est.," and are not offers to sell.
  • Seating layouts are illustrative and may differ from the venue's official seating chart.
  • The final price is the one shown at checkout on the seller's site.

5. Credit and referrals

Credit shown in your profile is pending, has no cash value, and is not currently redeemable. We may change or discontinue the referral program at any time.

6. Affiliate relationships

TicketScout may earn a commission when you complete a purchase after following a partner link. This does not change the price you pay.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

TicketScout is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We don't guarantee that listings, prices, or seating information are complete, accurate, or available at any given time.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TicketScout is not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site or from a transaction completed with a third-party marketplace, including pricing differences, unavailable inventory, or problems with an order.

9. Changes

We may update these terms as the service develops. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
